Buying a Watch Online in Pakistan: What to Check
A short, practical list for buying from any online seller here — including the questions worth asking us.
Ask for a photo of the actual piece
Not a catalogue render, not a stock image: the watch that will be put in the box. Any seller with the stock in front of them can send one in five minutes. A seller who cannot may not have it yet.
Get the specification in writing
Case diameter, movement type, water resistance and crystal material. If a listing will not tell you the diameter, it is because the diameter is inconvenient.
Understand the warranty before you pay
Who honours it, for how long, and what is excluded. "One year warranty" means very little without knowing whether straps, glass and water damage are covered — they usually are not, anywhere.
Check the return window
You should be able to return an unworn watch in its original packaging. Ask who pays the return courier if the watch is simply not for you, versus if it arrived faulty. The answers are usually different.
Never send card details over WhatsApp
No legitimate seller needs them that way. Pay at a checkout, by bank transfer, or on delivery.
For the record: we will send you extra photos or a short video of your exact piece on request, every listing states the specification, our warranty runs 12 months from delivery and is honoured by us in Islamabad, and returns are open for 7 days.
